Beautiful cozy home on quiet and quaint street near to the Botanical Garden and
the exquisite Villa Farnese both minutes in walking distance. Fantastic little cafe
on corner for coffee and pastry. Just south of Tibur in the best neighborhood, Trastevere. Close enough to Rome sites without the insane crowds. Two lovely
terraces to soak up the views and bird song each morning and evening. Kitchen has all amenities including American and an Italian coffee maker as well as toaster over, microwave, etc. Host, Fabrizio, resides next door and is friendly,
available and very accommodating with everything. Such a wonderful
experience and stay. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 18 nights at Fabrizio's lovely apartment, it is on a quiet street with lots
of flowers and plants. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient to
everything. The host was very attentive and answered our messages quickly. I
would definitely recommend this stay!

Visited over the holidays with our two daughters. Fabrizio was a great host,
connected us with transfer from FCO, assisted personally with arrival and
familiarized us with neighborhood. Cafes, market, cab stand, restaurants, atms,
wine shop, etc all within short walking distance. Very quiet location at end of
alley. Wish it were warmer to enjoy rooftop terrace! Great spot in our view.

The property was spacious and well equiped. The location was excellent with
everything a traveler could need or want within walking distance or a short cab ride. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly. We just really enjoyed the
place and the location. If you are driving in, this is the perfect place, it has this
huge garage. Just a warning though, if you are driving make yourself very
familiar with the ZTLs of Rome - Google it.

Fabrizio the host is very kind. He allowed early check in and while waiting for the
cleaner to finish we sat on his terrace and he gave us tips about the
neighborhood. He gave us a map with grocery stores and restaurants that he
recommends. He was very responsive during our stay and arranged a ride to the
airport The apartment is perfect for a couple and maybe another person but
probably too small for more-only one bathroom. It is a nice space with good AC
and all necessary amenities. The best part is the roof deck overlooking the
botanical garden. The garden is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon
especially if you have had enough of city crowds. The apartment is on a quiet
street close to everything you may need. Nice cafe at the end of the street. We
hope to return

I know this may sound trivial, but many rentals in Europe do not have adequate
air conditioning to keep up the hotter temperatures these days. Overall a perfect
rental. Great location, super clean and you cannot beat the balcony.

This was walkable to everything, the terraces are perfect and lovely in the
evening. The hosts are fantastic and give recommendations and maps.
